The HT's, also known as The Regimental Band of Virginia Tech, are Band Company of the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets. They are the oldest collegiate band in the commonwealth with a superb history of success. Including being the retired champions of the Presidential Inaugural Parade and a string of 199 1st place finishes in 200 events. The band was also awarded a presidential unit citation for service during the Spanish American War.
