President of the North-East Combine and Director of the Perception Performing Arts Network (PAN) based out of Newbury, England. PAN consists of both a Drum Corps and a Winterguard, both leading division 1 programs. During the season, both groups are based out of Harrisonburg, Virginia so that the groups can participate in competitions. Perception Drum & Bugle Corps is a founding member of the North-East combine.
