In 1492, Christopher Columbus discovered the Americas. The King later sent English families to North America to colonize it under the Crown. However, these colonists decided that life was not truly being lived under the Crown and began to break ties with England. After the Boston Tea Party the British decided to take action and in turn set in a motion a war which would change the course of history. On July 4, 1776 our founding fathers signed The Declaration of Independence which would free us from Britain's rule forever. Relax and let music take you through the American Revolution.
