II Gold Medalist< *************************** ___________________________________________________________________________________ ____________________________________Corps Description________________________________ The Platinum Regiment is a 150 member drum corps ensemble that is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Although this is a relatively new ensemble in the FMA circuit, dating back to season 30, we are a proud 3-time division gold medalist. The Platinum Regiment is known refining and innovating the edge of perfection and teaching their members how to achieve their maximum potential. The Platinum Regiment plays exclusively on Yamaha Brass and Percussion, being also the first drum corps to utilize the Cornet as a soprano brass instrument, creating a much purer brass sound.
