They started as a modest drumline, but over the years, they evolved into a dominant indoor percussion ensemble, known for their aggressive beats, cinematic visuals, and technical mastery. The Legend of Solaris The name Solaris comes from an ancient legend told in Willow Creek—of a time when the world was consumed by an endless eclipse, leaving the sky cold and silent. The people despaired, for without the sun, time itself seemed to stand still. But from the heart of the void, a warrior of rhythm rose, wielding drumsticks like hammers and striking the earth until the ground itself roared in response. With every beat, the pulse of the sun returned. The flames of life flickered back, and the sky was reignited in a blaze of gold and crimson. It is said that the warrior’s heartbeat never stopped—it still echoes in every snare roll, bass impact, and cymbal crash of Solaris Percussion.
