If I'm not running any campaigns how come I'm not getting 105 points per hour ?

The skill point increases your group's max energy by 5 total, not 5 per hour. You still get 100 per hour.

Well, if you didn't use your energy for 5 hours and had one skill point, you would have 405 energy instead of 400. You aren't losing the 95 energy, you are gaining 5 of the 100 that you would have lost anyways because you weren't on.
