Currently there is group in D3 for Drum Corp with a Director Level of 43 while everyone else is level 22 or below. Also, there is someone in Marching Band with a level of 42 while everyone else is 21 or below. I believe both of these groups come from the same Director, is there a specific reason they are not in the correct Division??

I believe that the divisions are determined by how much you prepare during preseason week. Perhaps that director wasn't on that often during the week, so they were put in div. 3. Also, having a higher level bears little indication that they'll get high scores throughout the season, so their level should be little to worry about.

True. I wouldn't pay much attention to it. I think there is a chance they could move up during the season as well
