I have to say this was the first season that I had more apps for the other three programs compared to the drum corps...that seemed very strange...I had to accept about half for the other shows---but they are on a different date so it could be that...

Bah. Wasn't sure who was in charge of Class championship so joined the other class members show thinking that that may be it. Ah well. Next season. ;)

no CLASS member has a show on the 10th

ok no preview show on 13th unless someone wants to host it because I ran out of dummy log ons! LOL

HOWEVER--each regional and finals are UP! this is basically ever Sunday 20th on and I think going forward will be easy for us to remember Sundays are taken days for regionals! This alone is worth the price of admission because you know you get in a big show almost every Sunday of every season!!! Its also worth it to the crowd--$5 each show all can enjoy!!!!!!!!

Well let me amend what I said. I joined whom I thought was a Class member but since there was no member list up I couldn't be sure. :-P

Its ok...it makes it more exciting when not every show has all the corps...its a nice mix...as far as member lists...a) it was still in the season six post people...it barely changed but adding three corps...b) lets make it a rule that ONLY an officer starts the official thread for the season...i had not had time yet to prepare the whole intro when the forum was started

ps--where is the guy that was mouthing off a few seasons ago about how they were going to take us all down and be the first to score over 90....only 2 of us this far and neither are him LOL

Missed out on Class Midwest & West. But I'm in just about every other show.

Also, if you haven't already, the Lakers show still has 10 spots open on 4/5. Big venue!

@gcurrier I think he is still "strategizing" or something.. lol If his thinking WAS correct, it would only work for 1, maybe 2 seasons. But my the time he can use his strategy, everyone else will be just about maxed out as well

That's the guy who directs the Minneapolis Regiment. Every season he claims that his higher staff will help him win, but then he doesn't even make finals.

just like real life great staff means nothing if you dont practice and work your kids!!!

I just put my apps in for my region and for champs.

oh i should clarify too...its up to you if you only compete in your region or in all regional finals...or none for that matter...

Tonight was my best start of any season. I'm going to push hard for 80. Maybe this first shot at Division I won't be so bad.

I have my first competition tonite... im interested to see how beefing up my groups that I have been working on pans out.
