The Twin Cities Marching organization (TCMO) consisting of the Minneapolis Regiment, St. Paul Marching Knights, St. Paul Drummer Boyz, and Apple Valley color creators announced today that after 5 seasons of constant fundraising, they will start being competitive. They plan to discontinue fundraising fo rthis season and observe their results. They are hoping that, with their superb staff, they will able to recieve the championship in all division 1 circuits.
