I think if we stay below ten or so for next season, we should go to a Prelims/Finals format. If we get higher than that, we could look at a two division (North/South) format. Thoughts?

I agree with Animal and it was my thought exactly, until such point that we grow larger--prelim/finals should be our format... VOTE?

I agree with the Prelims/Finals thing. Also, your dates should be the 17th and 18th. There are no competitions on the 19th. :)

Also, for officers, if we choose to do the Prelims/Finals format, we only need a Prelims director, Vice pres, and pres since the the regional director positions are used mostly to create the regional events.

I'll nominate you for VP then. I don't want too get to involved with the ECC again until the IIEA starts picking up a little. But if I am needed I can do some stuff to help out. I am really digging myself deep time-commitment-wise with the scoring concept I have going on in the IIEA.

Sweet. Because the President has been handling the Championships, the only other duty for VP seems to be running the combine website, something that hasn't been done since Season 3 (sorry Bando, I just went through juries, finals, all that jazz myself). Anything else I'm missing?

Wow. Completely forgot about the website. Hm. One thing I recommend is starting a new one with a site host like Bravenet that doesn't have page restrictions. That was the problem I encountered with Freewebs. Wait a minute and I'll give an example of Bravenet.
