Season 3 has been well underway. Let's see how things have been going two weeks into the competition season.

Today was a pretty quiet day in the Marching Band Circuit. In 2 competitions, there were 25 bands.

Division 1 is currently led by the Marching Knights from Portland, Maine. The Marching Knights have competed times this season, taking home the gold medal each time. There lead over Spirit of Westchestertonfieldville, located in Iowa, is almost 4 points! The two groups have not met in a competition so far this season. Last years champions, The Marching Marchers, hold the 3rd place position, just 0.1 behind second. Of the 45 groups that have competed so far, many are already out of contention for a medal, but they could use the rest of the season to prepare for next season.

Lakewood Ranch Marching Mustangs lead the way by nearly 1 point. They are currently having an undefeated season with seven victories! Behind them is Sensorium, who finished 10th in Division II Finals. If they can maintain their season, they could end up in Division I next season. Kelly H. S., Clovis Marching Symphony, and Musique a l'ecole are in a tight race for 3rd at this point in the season. 50 groups have competed so far in Division II, 43 of them have broken 50.000.

Willow Arts, from Oregon, has surged to the top of Division III. They finished last season in 43rd. Their director has clearly made some rehearsal changes that have benefited this group! All the way from Ireland, the Shamrock Marching Band has taken the 2nd place postition. This is essentially their first season in FMA, other than there prelims performance in Season 2. Division III currently has 50 members, 29 of which have scored over 50.000.

Hopefully Night HS's scores will get better as the season goes on.

My group hasn't had a show since day 1... Hopefully they will have another show soon but no one is accepting them...

My group, Kelly H.S. isn't looming to be in the top 12 lol. they are aiming for #1 div 2 lol.

Don't count out The Marching Lords in D1. We have only competed twice this season (seems very difficult to be added to contests this season :-) and are looking to start making some noise come week 3.
