What's this, only 24 units? Hopefully, that number will increase as the week continues. Sitting at the top right now is last season's fourth place finisher Metro Alliance. Placed just a hair behind them is rythym hex, who did not even qualify for semifinals last year. Less than three tenths behind them is last year's 18th place finishers St. Paul drummer boyz. Down a ways is No Limit, who finsihed fifth last year in division two finals, and a little bit behind them is Mercury, who earned the bronze medal last year. Last year's champion, The Drumming Drummers, have no score yet.

What? This isn't even enough for a semifinals competition! I hope there's more of you out there waiting to compete. Sitting in first is JonZ, who finished 18th in last season's semifinals competition. About seven tenths behind them is the Drums of Unspecified Identity, who finished 22nd last year. 1/200th of a point behind is the Spin Cycle Express who finished 16th last year. In fourth is The Growl, who claimed 9th in last year's division 3 finals. 0.13 behind them is Wicked, who finished 16th ni division 3 last year. Last year's winner, The Pride of Texas Hill Country, is 19th in division 1 right now.

(Rants about the astonishingly low turnout in this division today). Please tell me that there's more of you out there, there's barely enough for finals. Winning right now is CaseClosed, who finished 20th last season. More than a point behind them is Aquahawks, who ended last season in 77th. The San Francisco Elites Drumline, who finsihed 68th last season, now sits in third and is a fraction from second place. In fourth place is Overture, who completed last season in 38th. In fifth is Graffiti, who ended last year in 74th. Last year's winner, 1st American Regiment is in division two and has no score yet.

Not all groups have had their first show yet. I know my Div III drumline hasn't shown yet. Just sayin'

Night HS is yet to compete in Division 2! We're hoping to come out high this season!
