Unable to edit events

I am currently unable to edit my events, and when I try I get a fatal error message.

I also notice I cannot edit forum posts as well, I get another fatal error message.

Once you submit events, you cannot edit them.

You used to be able to click “Edit this event” while viewing your event from schedule. It would let you make changes to the description section. Since the S127 it has a fatal error when you click the edit button.
