We have posted this in the Event Forum, however we would like to post here as well for more awareness and viewership. We are excited to announce that the APEX 2nd Annual event is fast approaching, which will occur on 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 (𝟭/𝟭𝟮)! This event promises to be a celebration of the talent, hard work, and dedication of our amazing performers, and we are eager to showcase the incredible ensembles that will be participating. However, we are reaching out to you with a sincere request for your participation.

This is a rare opportunity for your ensemble to be a part of this exciting event, but we need your commitment to ensure that it’s a success.

As you may know, APEX Performing Arts is deeply committed to offering high-quality, accessible performance opportunities. However, without proper participation and attendance at this event, we risk incurring substantial financial losses from the costs involved in hosting and organizing it. The organization has invested significant resources into the planning and execution of this event, and without adequate ensemble registration, we stand to lose a tremendous amount of money.

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀. If you or your ensemble are available to perform, we urge you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot. We want to ensure that this event is a celebration for all involved, but we can only do so with your support and involvement.
