I am unable to create new league events.

I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant "league_id" in /var/www/vhosts/fantasymarchingarts.com/htdocs/league.php:178 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in /var/www/vhosts/fantasymarchingarts.com/htdocs/league.php on line 178

I am now noticing this same error is happening again when I try to create new league events.
