Hello Everyone, I have been watching 4 relatively new leagues (DCE, SCMBA, SCGA, and SCPA)(Founded in S121) that have become increasingly worrying, it is my understanding that all 15 Accounts are run by the same person. The leagues are very isolated, they rarely compete with other groups outside of their own, and I feel that they are a threat.
