My Percussion unit has only existed for one season, and it's already been promoted to division II. It seemed a little soon to me. I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, but how did this happen so quickly? The entire Div 3 top 10 of last season has moved onto Div 2, I think.

How are divisions decided?

It's a mystery, but mostly a combination of director level and influence.

But my director level and influence are pretty average, about what you'd expect after only one season. I suppose that adds to the mystery, then.

Typically around the slow parts of the year, players find themselves moving up/down very fast as the game is trying to balance out the "small" amount of groups that are competing in the season.

Isn't it odd that this season doesn't have more new accounts and groups?
