Black Gold:

After our most successful season in our young FMA History, Black Gold Drum and Bugle Corps is proud to boast breaking 90 points for the first time! Every member of the leadership and education team played a major role in this momentous occasion - none of which would we be possible without the tireless and limitless work of our corps members! While we are always aiming for a Division I Finals spot, we are proud knowing that we embodied the essence of our Season 115 program, "Euphoria".

In Season 116, Black Gold proudly presents: "Unity in Diversity".

We feel that a drum corps is the perfect ensemble to take on a musical and visual discussion of how by being diverse - we can all be unified. The show will feature voice-overs from several corps members. We are proud of what makes us all unique, and yet inspired by the fact we can all come together and perform in unity. We hope to take our audience on a journey of self realization - and to help widen their minds, spirits, and hearts. From the culture of the performing arts, to the Russian Empire, to the vastness of Africa, to the desert surrounding Mecca, to the storied pasts of Germany and Bulgaria - all of these and more will be rediscovered and brought to life!

Black Gold Outdoor Performance Ensemble:

After earning the Silver Medal in Division II, BGOPE is ready to hit the ground running this season - with our eye on the First Place Gold Medal!

In Season 116, Black Gold Outdoor Performance Ensemble proudly presents: "We Hold These Truths".

The show is based on the line in the constitution, but pushes audience members to reflect on how our country today "values" truth.

Thunder and Shine:

Both Thunder (Indoor Percussion) and Shine (Indoor Guard) will be fundraising this season! Both ensembles saw respectful success last season, but the Black Gold Performing Arts Association thought it best they take a season to continue to build financial stabilty.

Both Ensembles will perform at a various League and other competitions throughout the season in Exhibition!
