In this post season press release, we are proud to celebrate our Drumline and Colorguard who are this past seasons DII champions! Not to forget our Drum corps and Marching ensemble however who both achieved silver medalists positions this past season as well.

We couldn't be prouder of all four of our organizations this past season, as all four groups achieved record breaking scores. Our Marching Ensemble which finished 2nd, ended remarkably in their very first season!

On to S112 news...

For S112, all four Lonestar organizations will take to the field again!

Firstly with their production "The Infinity Spiral" is the Lonestar Regiment Colorguard! This show is based around the hypnotic effect of an infinite spiral. The last movement of their show entitled "Hipnosis," is a play on words, with a dance pop section ending out the show.

The Lonestar Regiment Drumline is proud to present its show "Solaris Universum" this show is based on the universe, and how it moves. It will feature props with prominent black and orange colors contrasting one another to create a "solar" effect.

Also presenting its S112 show, is the Lonestar Symphony. Their show is entitled "All The Things Left Behind.." This show is meant to represent the lost childhood of one growing up. Each movement leading up to the closer is built to show the struggle of someone growing up,and how they have to accept the harsh reality of life.

And lastly, presenting their show "The Journey Beyond.." is the Lonestar Regiment. This show is supposed to tell the story of a person's growth and journey towards something greater than themselves. This story is truly a story about transcending the human mind's chains of its own consciousness. Furthermore this show is a nod towards Lonestar's own growth and personal achievements since its conception. Each movement of the show is designed to tell an element of that journey. Each moment is a planned moment, in our own individual journey to something greater than what we are..

Wrapping up S112 news, we are excited to announce that Lonestar Regiment will be continuing to host world wide shows! This season's show will be in New Zealand.

Also hosting this season, is the Lonestar Symphony. They will continue to host the "Lonestar Classic Marching Festival" in our hometown of Rosebud TX.

In other news, we'd like to give a brief mention of the FMA podcasts soon to be held on the FMA discord. These radio station-like events are to be held each Tuesday at 6pm CST.These podcasts will featurea prominent member of the community! Join the discord this April 11th and listen in to an interview with a prominent and long time community member gcurrier!

And finally.. Due to real world events, the Lonestar organization as a whole (meaning all four groups) will be taking up exhibition status from S114-116. During this time period the groups will be fundraising and preparing themselves for an even more successful future. And while the groups of the organization won't be competing these seasons, all four will be hosting contests.

Adding on to this, in S113, only two Lonestar groups will be taking the field-The Drum corps and the Marching Ensemble. The Drumline and Colorguard will be taking up exhibition status early, in order to raise enough money to host contests during the full organization wide hiatus period. This being said, the Drum corps and Marching ensemble will continue to compete fully in S113.
