Welcome to the first announcement release from Phoenix Performing Arts. We are excited to announce Silver Drum & Bugle Corps' S110 show, along with some other important announcements from our director.

“Performing their Season 110 production, ‘Do You Remember?’, Fantasy Marching Arts is proud to present: Silver!”

Phoenix Performing Arts is excited to introduce the S110 production for Silver Drum & Bugle Corps. The show, entitled “Do You Remember? Celebrating Drum Corps Past, Present, & Future,” includes pieces from the historical side of drum corps. Selections include “Conquest”, “Malagueña”, “Autumn Leaves”, and “How the West Was Won”. These were popularized by the Boston Crusaders, Madison Scouts, Bluecoats, and Troopers, respectively. In this show, we commemorate those who have before, while preparing those who come after. In the words of one Cavaliers drum major: “March first for those who came before you. March second for those whose paths you are laying today. March third for the men at your side today. March last for yourself. If you do this always, we will always be the greatest drum corps in the world.”


Phoenix Performing Arts is proud to present the very first Phoenix Invitational. The Invitational is tentatively scheduled for the second day of Week 3, but this will be moved if there are major conflicting events. It will be held at State Farm Stadium in Phoenix, Arizona. Since this is the inaugural tournament, there is only space for ten corps, so make sure to apply fast. We hope to see your corps there.

In other news, the Silver Indoor Percussion ensemble will be returning in an exhibition format for S110. They plan to return to the competitive stage in S111.
