The Axle Hornet Organization is proud to announce, after a highly successful first competition season, the move from Axle to Cleardon, Texas! This organization is going places, and moving a few miles down the road is not an easy choice to make, but it is for the betterment of the organization!
The Axle Hornet organization, including Hornet Winterguard (S108 DIII Champion), Hornet Indoor (S108 DIII Silver Medalist), Axle Hornet Regiment (S108 DIII Bronze Medalist), and the Axle Hornet Band (S108 Silver Medalist) has made the executive decision to change the name of the organization to Torskmen Performing Arts!
This rebrand comes from the strong Scandinavian fishing community in Cleardon and Axle, as 'torsk' is a Scandinavian term for a fish! It also honors the service of the USS Torsk, a US submarine that helped to defeat the Japanese navy in World War 2, and now serves as an educational museum!
Torskmen Performing Arts is excited to announce the new names of all performing ensemble including:
Torskmen Regiment
Torskmen Indoor
Torskmen Winterguard
Torskmen Band

Myself, the CEO of Torskmen Performing Arts, the design teams, and the staff of all our groups, thank you for all your support in making our first season a memorable one, and we hope you are as excited as we are for our Division II debut (in every circuit!) in season 109!

Sincerely,
Jhon Gray
CEO
