The Maple Leaf Percussion Ensemble has announced a minor name change for this season. From now on they will be known as simply Maple Leaf Percussion.

In the announcement, director StampedeStetson was quoted saying "Adding Ensemble to the name makes it clunky, redundant, and it is completely unnecessary. It makes it very hard to roll off the tongue. Everyone involved with the group calls in Maple Leaf Percussion regardless, so we might as well make it official."
