Groups able to apply to full events?

Somehow people are still applying to my drum corps event, even though all 30 spots filled a few days ago. This isn't happening to my other groups. Is there anything me or someone else can do to fix it? I'm up to 50 applications now and I don't want to keep declining people.

Sounds like a bug. There are no repercussions to getting declined or declining someone other than the group needing to find another competition.
