Returning from inactivity, the Rose City Performing Arts Association and it's respective ensembles invite groups one and all to compete in the Rose City Classic 85! Held on March 22nd, the Rose City Classic is open for drum corps, marching bands, colorguards, and drumlines so come join us for the fun.
