THE CRIMSON REGIMENT from Concordia Christian High School are Inspired by the great BOA bands and drum corps of the 90s and early 2000s. Presenting a unique style fitting for the Premier Ensemble of Concordia; We focus on concert band quality sound while featuring phenomenal marching technique in order to achieve a good performance that not only appeases the judges but enthralls both band fans and football crowds. Trademark of the Regiments sound is their symphonic arrangements by their director, fitting everything they perform into a concert band like arrangement.

An interesting point of the Crimson Regiment is that they do not march either flutes, clarinets, or picolos. Similar to the Spartan Marching Band, we march only Brass and Percussion with the unique addition of saxophones to the ensemble. A large reason for this is the uniformity of the ensemble for marching maneuvers and choreography but also it provides a distinct sound quality that we feel gives us an edge over the competition. This means that students can march either Percussion, contra, Baritone, trombone, trumpet, mellophone, soprano, or something in the saxophone family.
