Never heard of a "Hogaphone"

This leads me to believe that you intended that word to have a different meaning?

haha I really hate Vuvuzelas.

A vuvuzela is a really annoying bugle/trumpet like instrument. The fans in South Africa used them at the world cup this year. If you watched, that was the "buzzing" you heard.
