Right now, one group has a 100 and another has a 99.99. In the incredibly likely event that they tie, who is given the blue ribbon?

Several groups have reached the 100 mark and have tied with a 100. In fact, 6 groups tied with a 100 in season 54 but only 2 actually walked away with the Gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze, and the remainder placed 4th and 5th. There's a nasty glitch that has been occurring for several seasons. Some have reached 100 before finals and have dropped losing the chance to medal; I've been one of them.

I have no clue how the medals are determined among the groups who tie with a score of 100. It's a mystery.
