I have worked very hard to reherse with my band every day. I have gotten every section (Winds,Color Guard,Percussion,etc.) to a very high skill level. But one thought just crossed my mind. At the end of the season, Do I have to start all the way over? Re-Rehearse all of my sections and Re-Earn my influence? I'm new lol

Yes and no. They do certainly start, but if you've increased your staff level you are going to start higher than previous seasons. The work for practice though really is only for that season.
