Which DCI/DCA Corps are you going for this Fall? what are you trying out on? For me, The Colts on Trumpet! :)

As an Old Phart who marched back in the day when you marched your neighborhood corps, I'd like to know why you pick the corps you do ? Is it the closest to you ? Do you have friends who march there ? Do you like the personality of the corps ? If I was 35 years younger and had to make a choice ?
I'd be too fat and out of shape to make ANY corps

Possibly going back to Teal Sound.... but on guard. Maybe staying with Carolina Gold... depends on my money and time situation next summer.

@Prof: Glassmen are closest to me. As far as auditioning corps goes for me, distance and money are the problems. With the Glassmen, distance is no problem. Money is the only problem, I'm not sure how much it'll cost with Gmen.

I'm going to try out on Euph/ Bari. for Carolina Crown, Blue Knights, and another 3rd one that I have yet to decide on. Sorry for the bad post below... Idk what happened.

Maybe Madison Scouts or Blue Stars on mello in the future. But for right now, I'm stuck with the alto sax...

@Prof: Colts have an audition camp 3 hours north of where I live, so that is the closest option. in addition, our assistant director march colts, and weve had colts marching techniques and drill writers in the past. :)
