Hello everybody. I had a pretty interesting day today. (this story is 100% legit, so please don't think I'm asking for pity.) I visited a doctor today, and they ended up finding a potential tumor. (explaining the reason I've been gone.) I go to the doctor's again tomorrow to confirm and get a full diagnostic. So I would like to formally apologize for being gone, and depending on the results tomorrow, I want you guys to know that I might not be back for a while. Again, this isn't a pity thing, this is just information that I feel you guys should know, due to the fact that I'm a commentator and some of you guys are expecting stuff from me. Trust me, if this is real, I'm not letting the freaking thing beat me. So this won't be the last time hearing from me, but it'll probably be the last one for a while. Also, I'm not quitting music because of this. I might end up being not strong enough to march, but I'm not putting my trombone down. Ever.

I can only pray that that potential tumor is nothing more than a benign mass rectified by a simple surgery or even requiring no further action.

Don't worry about us. We understand the measures needed to make sure that this is hopefully not a larger issue.

Guys, it came back at negative... It wasn't a tumor, just a bump. Thanks for the support, today and yesterday were the scariest days of my life. Expect a spotlight Friday tomorrow! And to the person who gets it, I'll send questions tonight
