I would say that would be a possibility and up to members.

What’s the problem with keeping it an admin account founder?

Someone still has to go in and set up the season e.t.c, it doesn't just do it itself. Someone also needs to be checking the mailbox e.t.c. lately that's been me if anyone. Again, I'm not looking to lead ENCORE but if I'm going to be the one to keep it up I'm going to do it from my account so I don't need to login to the separate account in order to run ENCORE.

Are you volunteering to be in charge of the Admin account, setting up the season and responding to email requests?

I certainly can help! I think one of the great things about having an admin account is so that we can collaborate and have a backup for when our main man leaves us. But, out of respect for your work and time you’ve put into this league, I totally support whatever you decide is best.

If your willing to take it on for the rest of and into the new season I'm fine leaving it as the admin account. I do agree in general it's better, just for me personally I don't stop and think to check it often enough and I am pretty busy adding things each new season so if I need to do it, it's easier directly from my account, but if your willing to set up the new season I have no problem with it remaining.

When has Encore done a Europe tour?

It's been awhile for sure. I put up the Asian tour for this season, can do Europe next.

Encore shows are up. Still looking for a leader of ENCORE to set the course for the future and set the schedule for the seasons.

ENCORE seems to be very quiet these days despite being one of the top competitive groups. What can we do to liven up? I'm still very interested in having new leaders step up to take the helm

I am very excited to announce that National Marching Show Band Association will be merging with ENCORE! while that league already has scheduled shows for the season that will continue, all members will be welcomed into ENCORE immediately. With this merger I am pleased to announce that Joel Kelley will be taking over as ENCORE President! In a short period of time Joel has been working to build excitement throughout FMA and I have full confidence that he will bring that enthusiasm here to ENCORE! Please joining me in congratulating him and welcoming all of the associations members.

As gcurrier stated, I like to try and make things exciting. So on events I like adding detailed descriptions and I enjoy writing press releases with intense details. I also like advertising events and making it as tangible as virtually possible.

So, first idea... who would like to do a Europe Tour for next season? Where all events are in Europe? Here are some ideas for events:

Now, in a minor controversial move, Board members that had been inactive for so long have been demoted but if they would like to become board members again then just let someone know and we will be happy to re-promote you.
