What is the best staff member to rank up in your personal opinion? What will be the greatest for score gains? who is the best overall? i do not really have much experience when it comes to staff. The highest rank i have for someone is rank 3. the rest are rank 1 and 2 and i have all of them bought. Thanks for your help!

Rank up evenly for best gains per money spent.

I do a little but of math for points per money spent, but that's kinda time consuming. Or you can specialize in something for a while, like I have with music, then rank up the others when you get better overall
