Hey guys, thought I'd start a new thread for a new FBOA! We will be returning in Season 48. FBOA intends on being the top marching band league in FMA but we can't do it without you! If you want in, let me know either by posting in this thread or by PM!

There is already a tentative schedule with tentative locations, which I will post below. Hope to see you in FBOA next season!

November 29 - FBOA Season Opener in Annapolis, Maryland
December 6 - FBOA West Regional in Glendale, Arizona
December 13 - FBOA Midwest Regional in Indianapolis, Indiana
December 20 - FBOA South Regional Atlanta, Georgia
December 27 - FBOA East Regional in Allentown, Pennsylvania
December 29 - FBOA Championship in Madison, Wisconsin

It's been a fast start for FBOA recruitment... In addition to the Marching Rams, we would also like to welcome current DI groups Marching Knights, Northstar Cadets, Platinum Cadets, Silver Falcon Marching Band, and the Capricorn Marching Sea-Goats!

In addition, we would like to welcome likely DII Silver Medalist MN Tiger Band!

It's a great start for FBOA's reboot, but we don't want to stop here! Recruitment will continue for DII and DIII groups (real life reason I haven't invited those groups yet - high school football playoffs. I will get to the DII/DIII people tomorrow, don't worry!). Right now I have been focusing on adding former BRAVO! and FBOA members that are known to me, but if you would like an invitation feel free to send me a message!

Hey Corndog. My B group is done for the season and ready to move to FBOA. I'm going to hold off Aftershock NZ Performing Arts School until after finals. This is out of respect seeing they are one of the few BoDs still active and I'd like to see BRAVO! go out with some class.

Definitely respect that choice, if it didn't seem important to get the league on the ground before starting a new season I would have done the same thing. To the extent that it's possible I consider my group's results to be tied with BRAVO! as opposed to FBOA in 47.

That's cool. I completely understand your reasoning. Seems like I'm in same situation with 3 leagues folding after this season. It's been rocky one.

Shows are up for FBOA! Let's try to get everybody at all of the shows. Try to avoid scheduling on Mondays... that's when the regional events are. Championship is Wednesday of Finals week, obviously.

Welcome back to FBOA everyone! Congrats on a great first show!

It's my goal to do FBOA write ups at least every other week, so I'll start by congratulating our three division champions for day one!

Division I - Robinson SS Marching Rams (Go me!) with a 78.215
Division II - Marching Knights (also DI really) with a 79.655
Division III - Columbia City Marching Dragons (first ever show win, congrats!) with a 49.320
