How many accounts are made for boosting in CAMA?

Well I've looked on about 8 or so Colonial accounts and they haven't bee active in a solid month or so. Even the highest rated account, EMC2EMU, hasn't logged on since April 2nd. If there was ever a ray of hope, this might be it
