the loss of time

So I understand we were suppose to lose an hour because of the time change, but for some reason, I lost 2 hours. I rehearsed at 6 PM (my time), and signed back in at midnight, but I only had 500 energy. I should have had 600. I figured the time change was the reason. Why so early, I had no idea.
I went ahead and rehearsed anyway. I signed back in at 6 am and only had 500 energy? Why the loss of energy twice?
