Yeah royals and nemesis do the "ensemble and GE only then switch to subcaaptions" strat. I prefer to just stay balanced all season.

I kind of think of it as the philosophy that corps use--define and clarify the show--then clean clean clean coming into finals.

Sax found this tactic originally I believe along with or maybe Kstove but after having the lead all season only to not be able to keep up in the end, I adopted--cant beat them join them! lol Now that so many of us are closer to maxing out I think its less of an advantage.

Yeah that's mainly why I didn't hop onto the bandwagon so to speak (pun intended you can shoot me if you want lol) since all it really does is just delay your score jump a bit. All in all, the energy is going somewhere and it won't effect the overall high score. All it really effects is the point at which you slow down. Instead of slowing down hard at the end, you slow down less hard at the end in exchange for a bit of a slow down in the middle of the season.

I'm a little annoyed that I missed 5 hours of rehearsal time today due to the site crashing... Rip af

Passed Bluegrass today. I hope the "bad weather" didn't cost them too much rehearsal time.

No one should have lost much more than you were already losing, points were set to what they were when the sight sent down.

of course all lost some so it could prevent us from breaking any records this season--but so be it

I honestly hate guard now--I dont even know why I keep doing it--just try my best to not go over before finals which is near impossible sometimes

At this point I'm considering just not rehearsing until like the last week...

Here's an idea... What if we could all just not rehearse until the end of week 2 or halfway through week 2? I think it'd be interesting to say the least... Only problem I can think of is the issue of getting everyone to do it is all lol.

id be willing--but yeah its getting everyone on board lol

Even if the 2 of us didn't rehearse for the first 2 weeks, we'd catch up and probably still max out come finals.
