So i have a picture on my computer that i want to use as a profile picture, but i cant seem to figure out how to use it. I've tried to put it into a browser and copying the link but that doesn't seem to work. I was wondering how everyone else does it?

What I did, was get the image in the right dimensions for the size limit, first,
then I uploaded it to a website (I used a blog, but I think Facebook or something like that'll work),
then I right clicked "view image" to get just the image on the browser window
then I copied its URL and pasted it into the image thing.
Make sure it's the right size.
