Andalusia, a region in the south of Spain, is a place known for its fiery passion, stark and beautiful scenery, and its vibrant culture. The Cadets will bring you along a tour of a Andalusia on a rainy day.
The opener, "Rainmaker" by Earl Klugh will set the scene of an Andalusian village, as its citizens step outside to enjoy the cool, refreshing rain.
Our focus then turns to a beautiful, traditional street parade being held despite the rain, with Maurice Ravel's "Boléro". The sun comes out for a brief spell, and the heat takes hold during a traditional bullfight, as the corps plays "Malaga" by Bill Holman.
Finally, the rain returns in a majestic, powerful thunderstorm as the corps concludes its program with "El Toro Caliente" by Scott Boerma. The Cadets of Hennepin County hope to see you at a show during Season 40!
