The founder of BRAVO in partnership with other league founders and board members has developed an event which will have leagues competing against each other in teams.

The objective is to compete as a team to earn the privilege of hosting the next event. To become the winning team, each team will earn points based off a formula. For instance, 1st place in all divisions = 30 points, 2nd place in all divisions = 20, and so on. Having a formula will level the playing field for all divisions; thus, division 2 and 3 groups may greatly contribute to their team's overall score.

Currently there are 4 teams. The participating marching band leagues are BRAVO, BoA, CPML2, and FBOA. The event is still open to members of CAMarA and MMB-LC, but there is no word whether these leagues will participate.

Leagues may strategically choose their teams, but keep in mind that there are rules. (See the rules and complete formula at the bottom of this post)

The competition will be held on the Friday of Week 4. The name of the event is still being voted on. However, unofficially the event is called the Traveling League Trophy. The first TLT will be hosted by BRAVO's founder, Triforce Allegiance.

Rules:

1) The number of players on each team must be equal.
2) Only medalists, finalists, and semifinalists are eligible.

**3) Groups must be accepted on a first come, first served bases unless otherwise stated**

**Note** If your league chooses its team, a message stating which groups to accept must be sent to the host or posted in the forum, or else the team will be chosen on a first come-first served bases.

4) Groups will be locked in at the time of acceptance and will be disqualified if they join another league after they are accepted.

5) The host must create an event which will allow up to 25 units to perform.

Sounds like back when CLASS had a competition vs MAoMA for The Golden Baritone. Its always good fun.

It is similar for sure jhawk but I think we've worked to get some of the bugs out! Should be awesome AlanLovesMe has worked hard on it!

The Epic League Trophy Heist has been created for Friday January 23. Due to an error I made this morning while creating events in a hurry, I'm hosting this event under a different account. I hope that we get more groups. I really liked this idea. Perhaps there is something else we can do with it this season. Please keep us posted.

okay.. teams are picked.. please check the event to see who is participating.. There are 4 groups that are not eligible this season, because they do not have an equal amount of groups from their leagues participating. I only accepted them to fill up the event.
