Sometimes league business needs to not be on a forum, so an internal email is created. The issue is you can't reply all so each time someone has to look up reach recipient and add. Reply all would resolve.

I agee, it is so time consuming having to add each recipient separately. Or if you could create a mailing list, then you just add the group at once.
