Hello, Righteously Outrageous Twirling Corps (ROTC) is looking for active color guards. The board of directors and I have tried other leagues but never have been satisfied with management. Active, reliable colorguard leagues are very few and far between. We encourage you to be outrageous and join a fast growing league of active directors.
