I have noticed a lot of talk about leagues, and how there have been ineffective founders! For me being one of them, I've read and understand the problems, and I will fix problems! ASAP! If there is anything I need to do to be a better founder, please let me know! I would hate for people to quit my league, because I'm not doing my job! Don't be afraid to be mean! I've been busy with marching band, college, and work. So now that band is over, I can focus more on FMA. Thank you!! :)

Thanks for speaking up! I've noticed that just posting results and posting events won't make you a better league! I just need for you guys to suggest things that I can do to help make my leagues better, maybe ideas for what you guys can do, cause right now, I don't have any ideas lol

Updating the announcements board goes a long way. I do it about daily if not more than once a day. If you can't find the time to update it, you can enlist somebody who can. The announcements board is the first thing people see when they visit your league's page and if you keep members informed, involved, and happy then you'll stop having a league and start having a family. The announcement board is a great way to show members that you care. Maybe just update things like who's been doing well, upcoming events, etc.

Also, I suggest removing members from your league who are inactive. This'll make your league look a lot more active and will keep things fresh. Numbers matter, but quality over quantity gains you a lot more respect, and there isn't much of a point in keeping members in your league who haven't been on for months.

Alrighty! I'll start to post daily on the announcements, and the forum! I honestly didn't know how much people visited the league page until now, so I'll do more of it! And yes, I'm going to do some removing of people tomorrow! At one point of building the league, I've had over 105 members, but only like 30-40 active groups. I have done a major cut in members before, so I guess it's time to do another! :)
