I feel really bad now

I had to turn a bunch of people away from at least two of my competitions because there were more applicants than there were spots. For example I didn't know if my guard competition would get a lot of people so I only got a tier 1 competition (5 groups) but I ended up getting 13 applicants! And my drum corps had twice as many applicants as there were spots. So, now I feel really bad and I want to apologize. :(

Don't feel bad it's just how it goes. It best to fill your show at the start and give plenty of time for the people that didn't get in to find another show.
