How fast does the event usually fill up? There's a good shot that I'm going to medal in at least one circuit, but I'll be gone for the first couple days of next season for band camp

Still accepting medalists only at this point in time. Probably around Wednesday or so I will start accepting finalists and go on from there until each event is filled. If you're a medalist, and haven't applied, do so soon!

I believe I've have successfully gone through and accepted each of the groups who have medaled in each group. If you have medaled and applied to the Masters and are still pending, please contact me, and let me know! I'm trying to keep it as true to a masters event as possible. :)

Last call for any medalists! I'm going to start accepting finalists tomorrow morning when it's slow at work.

The line up for Masters of FMA has been set for all groups! Almost all of the groups have medaled at some point in their careers. We've got vets and we've got up and comers so this should be a great event!

Hey guys, still have spots left but I've reached the point where I am holding off on accepting finalists... if I haven't rejected OR accepted you, it means that you don't have a Medal but DO have a Finals appearance and we are waiting until later in the week to move on accepting or declining your group.

Another Masters of FMA update.

Currently I have this many spots filled for each show:

Drum Corps: 20 out of 25
Marching Band: 15 out of 25
Color Guard: 19 out of 25
Drum Line: 16 out of 25

Each of these competitions has a waiting list, which is made up of groups that have made Finals but NOT achieved Medalist status. There are this many groups on that list:

Drum Corps: 7
Marching Band: 7
Color Guard: 4
Drum Line: 6

Remember, if I have NOT yet rejected your group, you are still eligible to compete once I open the pool to Finalists. This will be done on a "highest finish in the highest division" basis (or first come first served if people feel strongly against my last idea). We still need some groups to apply to ensure a full show, so get your applications in now! Even if you don't have a Medal you can still make it in with a Finals appearance!

i think highest finish makes sense. that portion is up to you after the medalist waiting period
