I saw this and understood the rule as being discussed. Rule #2 - The president of each league will choose 7 ensembles that will be representing.
Sounds pretty straightforward to me

Where exactly are we in regards to the Weekly League Rankings Competition ??? Is it going to happen ???

Oh and I re-read some of the rules and saw that they go on to tell us that the presidents go back after choosing the 7 ensembles and number the whole league. Then they are picked randomly. Doesn't make sense. The following rules contradict the second rule and completely negate it.

Maybe you pick 7, and out of those 7 then random groups are pulled?
