Hello. Poacher here.

So I just want to start off saying how sorry I am. My board of directors and I were so caught up on expanding the league that we didn't stop to discuss ground rules or moral dilemmas. We're all relatively new to FMA and we didn't know that it was socially taboo to invite members to our league who already have league affiliation. So we've decided to stop poaching and publicly apologize to you MrsRomo and JHawk and the members of your league. Myself, Hayden, and Paul all feel really bad for using your league's temporary inactivity to our own advantage. I did not mean to start a rivalry or war and needless to say that all of this publicity reflects badly on our league's image and honor. I feel really guilty for having offended you guys and I hope we can all end up being friends and colleagues in the future. ROYAL is doing well for itself and I don't want to do anything to mess that up. Pissing off members of FMA who have been on the site for years, is not high on my to do list, and defiantly doesn't make me feel like a confident and trustworthy leader. I hope you can all forgive me and not hate me forever.

Seems like our league is getting poached too. A group joins....when I check up on their progress, low and behold, they are in another. :(

It happens. Just have to focus on why you'd lose them to begin with and try to fix that issue

Yep, completely understand. All in same day, so I guess people can be indecisive at first. We have our fair share of young groups so I should just quit my griping.

MAoMA may have over 100 groups but it just seems to me like the majority isn't all that competitive lol

I am thinking of starting a Super DL League ... The league would guarantee that Thirty DL groups would earn max show money while still being able to Rehearse their way to a Level 76 Director Level ... This would then be the base group for expanding & accepting additional groups over time ... Let me know if IDEA would be interested !!!

LOL ... MrsRomo didn't want to add any more BOD to IDEA due to the number of active DL groups ... I will be either merging or creating a DL League in the near future ... I won't be poaching anyone's existing player's ... Rather, I will let the interested DL Player's decide for themselves if the League they are in is working for them !!!

As a side note: I am not the offending poacher that IDEA has mentioned ... I believe that is a new DL League that was agressively seeking members ... LOL !!!
