So I have my dinner planned out for tomorrow. I'm trying a new ingredient in my famous mac and cheese to see how it works. Tell me if this sounds good to you.

I'm going to cook some chorizo in some reduced red wine. And sautee some serrano chiles. I'll mix that in with my cooked noodles, butter, a splash of milk and my cheeses and then bake it to give a top layer of cheese crust and melt the inner cheese a little better.

What do you guys think? Sound tasty?
