What is the 3;00 parade?

Haha it's the normal parade at Magic Kingdom that's everyday at 3:00. They closed the parade a couple months ago and are getting ready to debut the new parade "Festival of Fantasy" in the next couple weeks. It looks awesome! There were practicing it last night/this morning after park clear at like 2am.
