lol I refer to someone as elder when they are like 10 years older or have authority over me x) Otherwise it's just too close to my age to think of them as an "elder" lol. like when I marched with the Empire Statesmen, there were several college students that were like 20 or 21. a few 24 or 25, but none of them thought of them as my "elder" xD
