If I made an All American Marching band event in season 33 for the best marching bands on the game, who will be interested in joining so I will know how much to spend on the event?

I am trying to make it an official event for the best marching bands so it will be the toughest challenge. More than likely it will be on the 1st day of the last week of season 33 which is the same week as the FMA rounds are... But it's season 33 not this season but the next

By the way this is a marching band event, not drum corps. I can schedule this at any day of the season so try having others work out the date with you all please
